We have worked with just about every type of material for memory quilts everything from sweaters, dresses, military, baby clothing to t shirts. See our photos of past orders.
How does the process work? Customers will purchase the size quilt they want and drop off their clothing items at our Lewiston location or mail them in.
This listing DOES NOT include batting/backing just assembly of your quilt. We will help you find the perfect backing or use the clothing you have provided for backing. Please note there will be an extra charge for these materials customers are responsible for prior to receiving their quilt back (Customers will approve costs prior to purchase). Quilts can be mailed for an additional charge.
NEW We now have an optional photo upgrade package. Email us your favorite photos to be added to fabric and sewn into your quilt (see upgrade listing options on quantities) Your photos can be emailed to uniquetimedesigns@gmail.com Subject: Memory Quilt (Your Name) photos are $6 per square (photo can only be printed up to 8")
Options:
Pillow- Travel Size Embroidery Applique or Letting Included, Scrap edges can be done in a solid quilt pattern or ragged edges. Stuffing included.
Baby Quilt- 4 x 5 squares (20 total) with Embroidery Square option. Each square is roughly 8 inches Quilt is done in the rag quilt style
Queen Quilt- 8x9 squares (72 total) with Embroidery Square option. Each square can be the 8 or 12 inch block. Quilt is done in the rag style.
Can you do other memory items?
Yes, we have done teddy bears, hearts satchels, pillows, children's clothing and pennants. If you need a different sized quilt we can do that to. We love getting creative with your scraps so let us know!
