Dannelle is very professional and you can tell she cares about the quality of her product. I worked with her on a custom gift for my boyfriend's parents, a group of towels for their sailboat, and she was so friendly! She used the logo I sent and even found a sailboat to go along with it. We had some issues with the order (some bunching on one of the towels when the logo was sewn on, a towel that didn't have the right wording on it) and she graciously fixed the problem quickly and without charging me more. I really loved working with her and will order again!
